Loli is a Southern Native offering consultations, in person and online training programs, and sports specific plans. Loli grew up playing basketball and is an innate competitor. She played Division 1 basketball at San Diego St. where she was captain for the Women’s Basketball Team. She received her undergrad at San Diego St. with academic and athletic honors. Loli continued her athletic career playing in the Drew League based out of Los Angeles while in commercial real estate. 

Loli has a great deal of experience in training young athletes, working professionals, and NBA Players, including 3x NBA Champion Danny Green. Currently, Loli is in the middle of an internship as an interim performance coach at Stars Sports Academy (Frisco, TX). She is training, assisting and providing some of the world’s best athletes with the necessary skills on an individual increased focus on speed, agility, and endurance. Her genuine attention to detail and thrill for excellence in her work, sets her apart from most.

Outside of working in her craft, she enjoys time with her family, beach walks with her dog, trying new coffee/tea places and exploring the outdoors.
